Set up an account. Pay once. You get 60 days to complete the questionnaires online.

Take the questionnaires
Five short sets covering who you are, your interests, strengths, and where you're heading. Save and resume any time.

Talk it through
Your Summary stays in your dashboard. When you're ready, take it to an Approved Smithells® Professional and book a chat.
How we think about it
Independent
We don't sell courses, university places, or training programmes. The only thing we sell is our advice. That keeps it honest.
For young people
Built for 15 to 30 year olds. The questionnaires read like they were written for you, not your principal.

Subjects, courses, qualifications, jobs. We want you walking out of your appointment with a next step you can actually take.
FAQs
What does it cost?â–¸
NZ$85 for a full set of Smithells® Questionnaires online. NZ$45 for an update set if you've done the full set before. The face-to-face appointment with an Approved Smithells® Professional is separate.
How long does it take?â–¸
An hour or two of focused effort. You don't have to do it in one go. Save and come back any time within your 60-day access window.
Can I change my answers later?â–¸
Up until you submit, yes. Once you submit, the answers lock so the Professional you talk to is reading the same thing you did.
Where do my results live?â–¸
Right here in your dashboard. Forever, or until you delete your account. You can download a PDF or share it with a Professional whenever you're ready.
What if I'm under 18?â–¸
All good. The questionnaires are written for you. We just ask for parent or sponsor contact details so we can keep them in the loop.
